I got small small prints done a few months ago and was happy with the results I got from Walmart's online photo center.
I got mine for 9cents each as well, and free shipping promo was running.
They are amazing and true to the originals! I do color proofing on photoshop to make sure of how the colors are going to look, since I color very vibrantly.
I know a few people who get their small prints at Costco but I have no experience with them since the nearest one to me is in Canada and an hour away, so not worth my time.
The Walmart photos also have the Kodak logos on them, but I think it's ok to sell them like that. I think it's only Vendors who have that rule to deal with.
